What's the difference between hot and cold process soap?

The difference is the use of external heat to accelerate saponification. Cold process mixes lye and oils at low temperatures, resulting in a 4–6 week cure time and a softer, smoother textured soap bar. Hot process cooks the mixture speeding up saponification so the soap is usable almost immediately and gives a more rustic, hardened textured soap bar. Both methods produce high-quality, effective soap.

Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?

Our soaps are made using gentle, skin-loving ingredients and are personally formulated by a chemical engineer with quality and care in mind. Many customers with sensitive skin enjoy our soaps.

That said, every skin type is different. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list and performing a patch test before full use. For extra-sensitive skin, we also offer fragrance-free options.

We do not make medical claims, and our products are not intended to diagnose or treat skin conditions.

How should I store my soap?

Store your soap in a cool, dry place and allow it to dry between uses to extend its life.

Are you fully licensed to sell your 3D designs?

Yes, we are fully licensed to sell all designs we 3D print.

Can you customize 3D prints?

In many cases, yes! Custom colors or sizes may be available depending on the item.

Are your press on nails reusable?

Yes! With proper care, our press-on nails can be worn multiple times. Proper care instructions come with each set.

Can I request custom designs for press on nails?

Absolutely! Custom colors, themes, and designs are available. Just reach out before ordering.

How do I apply and remove press on nails?

Each order includes application and removal instructions for best results.

How do I know what size press on my nails need?

Gather Supplies: Get clear tape, a fine-tip marker, a ruler with millimeter markings, and paper to record.
Measure Each Nail: Place a piece of tape across the widest part of your nail bed, from sidewall to sidewall.
Mark Sidewalls: With the marker, make a small line on the tape at each edge (sidewall) of your nail.
Place on Ruler: Remove the tape and place it on a piece of paper or ruler, aligning the zero mark with one line and reading the millimeter measurement at the other.
Record: Note the millimeter measurement for each finger on both hands (e.g., Left Thumb: 12mm, Left Index: 11mm, etc.).
Size Up: If your measurement falls between sizes, always choose the larger size for a better fit.

How long does it take to process orders?

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom items may take a little longer.
