Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged & Incorrect Orders
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly make it right!
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as best we can.
Allergies & Sensitivities
We recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test before use. Refunds will not be issued for reactions or sensitivities.
